Admission and Registration

In order to qualify for admission into any certificate course or program, all applicants must attend the initial interview process and receive a positive recommendation from the Registrar. The basic admission requirements would include:

• A satisfactory understanding of the English Language
• Grade 12 graduate or equivalent
• Mature student status (19 years of age with at least 1 year out of school and successful completion of CAST testing)
• Additional requirements may also be necessary for certain specialized programs

Foreign students who are not Canadian Citizens or permanent residents must obtain "student authorization" from Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
