CAST
Canadian Achievment Survey Tests for Adults
The Canadian Achievement Survey Tests for Adults (CAST) is a norm referenced test series designed to measure achievement in reading, language and mathematics. As a norm referenced test, CAST provides information about the relative ranking of examinees against a given norm. As such, Cast enables instructors and administrators to evaluate and successfully place examinees in adult education programs. These tests are administered to those students who want to be accepted under the "Mature Student Status".
